The new gates have been installed yesterday. We are very happy with the works so far, and are very impressed by our team (Phil, Mark and others) who are terrific!
In particular, we like to express our gratitude to Phil, and also let you know he is definitely a valuable asset of your business. Phil is obviously very very experienced, and attention to details. As you know, little things which are unexpected will always happen during a project (and this is very common). A good project manager will think creatively to deal with these situations and take steps to achieve the best outcomes for the client. Phil is such a type of person, and he is also a perfectionist, as he would step into the client's shoes to view and assess the
works. He was willing to make numerous adjustments to achieve client's 100% satisfaction (although I think he would do this anyway to achieve his own high quality standard). We appreciate for his efforts, and in particular his craftsmanship and his attitude towards the client and his works.
